1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Temple City HVAC Service website (templecityhvac.com) or engaging our HVAC services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Temple City HVAC Service provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) installation, repair, and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers in Temple City, CA and the surrounding San Gabriel Valley area. All service work is performed by licensed California HVAC contractors.

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided in writing prior to the commencement of any work. Prices are flat-rate and will not increase beyond the quoted amount unless additional work is requested or discovered that was not identifiable prior to opening the system. Any additional work requires separate written authorization from the customer before proceeding.

Emergency and after-hours service calls may be subject to additional fees, which will be disclosed before service begins.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger installations, we may require a deposit prior to scheduling. Returned checks may be subject to a returned check fee.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

We warrant all labor performed by Temple City HVAC Service against defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service. Equipment and parts warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are separate from our labor warranty. We will assist you in submitting manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.

Our satisfaction guarantee means that if you are not satisfied with our workmanship, we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge within the warranty period.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe, clear access to HVAC equipment for our technicians. This includes attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and mechanical rooms. Customers must ensure that pets are secured and that the work area is reasonably clear before our technician's arrival.

Customers are also responsible for maintaining their systems per manufacturer recommendations between service visits. Failure to perform basic maintenance (such as filter replacement) may void our workmanship warranty for related issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Temple City HVAC Service's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of non-emergency appointments. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency calls are not subject to cancellation fees.

9. Website Use

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
